((OOC note: The information in this thread comes from documents or encounters that would not be known by members of KC without obtaining permission/clearance first. This thread will also run parallel to events described in this thread. ~Maesh))

Meeting time: Evening, Sunday.

Present: Knight Captain Briggs, Specialist [redacted]
Kalimdor Collective: Rainwhisper, Stormwater, Hale, and others.

CC: M. Shaw, [redacted], [redacted]

Location: Stormwind, Supply warehouse near Olivia’s Pond.

The Kalimdor Collective was on time for this meeting, at the time agreed upon by ourselves and Medic Stormwter. Others of note present included their Commander Rainwhisper, and veteran operative Hale.

As expected, they debriefed the Specialist and myself of suspicious activity in and around the Kul Tiras isles. They claimed their source was M [redacted], whom they claimed communed with the spirits while on assignment in Darkshore. Given previous files, this activity is consistent with the abilities of [redacted], and their witnesses seemed confident in the report.

A number of questions were asked back and forth to confirm the Collective’s motives. Our own motives were called into question, and they were sternly warned about questioning the King’s agenda. Their Commander called our tactics into question and further asserted his unit’s mission, warning of “impending threats” and the such. Side comments were made among them regarding [redacted], but I do not think they suspect [Several sentences are omitted here due to restrictions on classified information]

Despite our differences of opinion regarding the priorities of the Alliance, we came to the agreement that they should travel to the Kul Tiras islands and investigate their suspicions first. An agreement was made that any pertinent information would be relayed directly to myself or an authorized agent. I will personally be in the area to oversee [redacted], and will be readily available for debriefings. I will pass on intelligence as I receive it, and will take any actions deemed necessary.

Alliance – 7th Legion Special Tasks Unit. Debriefing.

To: Knight-Captain Z. Briggs
CC: Shaw, [redacted]

Members present: [Classified]

The prisoner Darksong remains secure with new arrangements at [redacted]. Plans going as scheduled. Prisoner will be ready for [redacted] after we gather intel from [redacted].

The prisoner’s allies are aware of his absence apparently, and have been inquiring around Boralus. Several members and associates of this “Collective” have been put under surveillance.

The Wildhammer, Windbreak has assembled a task force to investigate [redacted] in Kalimdor to possibly gain information regarding the mission in Kul Tiras. Personal recommendation is to not pursue surveillance on this activity, as we expect this information to come to light by other methods.

Veteran Hale of Gilneas has been apprehended in the streets of Boralus, on public drunkenness charges. The risen Darkglare has been spotted being quite forward about gathering information within the city as well. No confirmation if any of this activity is worth further investigation. Advise that Hale be kept in general populace in the brig, as a means of caution.

[Redacted] of the Ebon Blade has made contact with Special Tasks, requesting extradition of prisoner Darksong on desertion charges. Advised to question known Darksong associates Dakkath and C. Marlowe regarding a possible information exchange between ourselves and the Ebon Blade.

Our unit was reminded that the recent Naga activity and the dark energies rumored to be below the tides remain our top priority. The Kalimdor Collective is to not be disrupted in its general mission until we have precise intelligence regarding these concerns. Initial meeting in Boralus between Special Tasks and Collective leadership to be scheduled in the near future.

Meeting was adjourned without any further inquiry or clarification needed.

Meeting Time: Evening, Tuesday.

Present: Knight Captain Briggs, Commander Rainwhisper, Priestess Moonflower, Priestess Stormwater, Hale of Gilneas, Ebon Knight Marlowe.

CC: M. Shaw, Uli’uli, [redacted]

Location: Hatherford, Tiragarde Sound

I happened upon the Kalimdor Collective while on my rounds on the perimeter of Boralus, where they were already engaged in conversation.

They were a bit adversarial, but regardless quite forthcoming with their findings. We came to a consensus that the Naga threat is something we needed investigate further. Also, we decided to investigate the possibility that the void energy concerns raised by Umbric and his Ren’dorei could be connected to the Naga in some capacity.

I expressed concern about sending Alliance forces directly to scout Naga activity outside of Tiragarde Sound. The Collective volunteered to send a dispatch to Aszuna in the Broken Isles, where they think useful information may be available. They seemed quite eager to investigate, and I am more than pleased to oblige them.

They indicated that they will depart soon for the Broken Isles, and I will await their report. [redacted] from the Ebon Blade seems to have not contacted Marlowe yet, but this could work to our advantage. They did not inquire as to the whereabouts of prisoner Darksong, indicating that our plan will go forward without interference.

My recommendation is to prepare to move the prisoner once our operatives have provided specific location information. The prisoner will prove more agitated as time goes on, so moving him will be a challenge, time is of the essence.
